Provide reliable backup power to vulnerable populations and establish faith-based schools as community resilience hubs.

Leverage trusted faith networks as the backbone for program delivery.
• 99 & U Faith Hub Network (8 churches Year 1, scaling to 25 by Year 3)
• Congregation Care Teams: Train volunteers for vulnerable household identification
• Faith-Based First Responder Network: Mobilize EMS, fire, law enforcement, and emergency management professionals who serve in ministry
• Education & Stewardship: Energy conservation, food preservation, disaster preparedness

LEADERSHIP & ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE
FOUNDER & EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR: TONY JONES, EMS FIRST RESPONDER
Tony Jones brings unique qualifications combining emergency medical expertise, technical solar competency, and faith-based community leadership:
• EMS FIRST RESPONDER: Active emergency medical services professional with direct experience responding to power outage crises. Understands firsthand how power failures create life-threatening situations for vulnerable populations.
• FAITH-BASED FIRST RESPONDER NETWORK: Connected to Christian first responders (EMS, fire, law enforcement, emergency management) across southwest Missouri, providing rapid disaster response coordination, professional emergency preparedness training, and direct connections to vulnerable households.
• SOLAR ENERGY EXPERTISE: Certified in solar electric power generation through Jones Solar Generators LLC, registered with SAM.gov as disaster response provider.
• MINISTRY LEADERSHIP: Founder of 99 & U Ministries (2018), with established relationships across church networks, veterans organizations, and social service agencies.
FOR-PROFIT & NONPROFIT PARTNERSHIP
99 & U MINISTRIES (Nonprofit 501(c)(3)) provides faith-based community infrastructure, handles charitable contributions, coordinates program delivery networks, and mobilizes the faith-based first responder network for disaster response.
JONES SOLAR GENERATORS LLC (For-Profit) provides technical expertise, equipment sourcing, installation services, and maintenance. Registered with SAM.gov as disaster response provider, enables government contracts and earned revenue generation.
STRATEGIC ADVANTAGE: The faith-based first responder network provides credibility with emergency services, rapid disaster response capability, professional training for volunteers, and direct referral pipeline from emergency calls to 99 & U programs.
